Save the date: Expomin 2025 already has a confirmed date

Expomin will once again be held at the Espacio Riesco convention center.

For more than three decades, Expomin has established itself as a crucial event in the mining value chain, not only in Chile but throughout Latin America. The eighteenth version of this fair, which will take place from April 22 to 25, 2025, promises to be an even more significant milestone in the history of mining. Strategically located in the Espacio Riesco of Huechuraba, Expomin is projected as a vital meeting point for experts, companies, and governmental entities in the mining sector.

Expectations for Expomin 2025 are high, with the aim of replicating the impressive results of previous editions. These figures include more than 60,000 visitors, 1,200 exhibitors, 6,000 foreign delegates, more than 30 participating countries, and businesses generated for more than 1 billion dollars in each version.

Concurrently, the Expomin 2025 International Congress will be held, focused on key themes for the development of mining, such as productivity, technology, and innovation. The event will be an optimal instance for networking among the most important exponents of Chilean mining and numerous leading countries in the sector, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Peru, China, Spain, Germany, South Africa, Switzerland, Belgium, Brazil, Argentina, and more.

Innovations in Mobility and Sustainability

Expomin 2025 also highlights the mining sector's responsibility in the fight against climate change and global decarbonization, especially through copper and lithium. This event is a unique opportunity to highlight the importance of Chilean mining in this global context.

In that sense, and in response to the growth of Expomin and urban development, the 2025 edition will implement transportation strategies to facilitate arrival at the convention center. This includes shuttle buses from the Metro and transfers from different points of the capital. The use of shared vehicles will be prioritized, and practices for smoother and more sustainable urban mobility will be promoted.
