Argentina and Chile launch the third and final edition of the free energy efficiency course

The Argentine Ministry of Energy, Chilean Ministry of Energy, and AgenciaSE have initiated the third and last edition of the free energy efficiency course within the framework of their EUROCLIMA project.

The Argentine Ministry of Energy of the Ministry of Economy, the Chilean Ministry of Energy, and the Energy Sustainability Agency (AgenciaSE) have launched the third and final edition of the free course "Energy Efficiency: an Opportunity for Sustainable Development" as part of the EUROCLIMA project, implemented by the Energy Efficiency sector of this program, through the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the French Development Agency (AFD).

The course will be conducted online and asynchronously, with an estimated total duration of 8 hours, accompanied by tutors, and available for 3 weeks from its start date. Upon completion, participants will receive certificates endorsed by the Argentine Ministry of Energy, the Chilean Ministry of Energy, and AgenciaSE. The only requirement is access to a device with an internet connection. This course aims to understand energy issues and their impact on climate change, promoting responsible and efficient energy use in both work and daily activities.

The specialists responsible for developing this course are Roque Stagnitta, PhD in Engineering from the National University of Rosario (UNR) in Argentina, and Luis Hinojosa, Mechanical Civil Engineer from the University of Chile (UChile).

The third edition of the energy efficiency course will commence on Monday, March 5, 2024, and slots are limited. For more information and registration, visit euroclimaplusargentinachile.org/courses.

It's worth noting that in the first and second editions, which started on Mondays, January 8 and February 5, respectively, over 3,000 people enrolled.
