In total, five local companies will provide cafeteria services inside the exhibition pavilions during this new edition, offering a taste of the region for all its global attendees.

Sandwiches, pastries, sweets, coffee, tea, soft drinks, snacks, and a varied menu of dishes and snacks await those attending the most important mining and energy event of the year, EXPONOR, from June 3rd to 6th.

This time, there will be a total of five cafeterias, each located in the five existing pavilions within the Exhibition and Community Activities Venue of the Antofagasta Industrial Association, AIA, where EXPONOR takes place. These spaces aim to make the stay of both exhibitors and visitors more enjoyable during their participation.

One of these spaces is the "Desert Café," which will be at the event for the second time, serving as faithful representatives of local entrepreneurship. "We are very pleased to be here again, this time in the Silver Pavilion, showcasing our proposal that seeks to highlight not only good food but also regional identity by bringing the Andean colors. We are happy to serve visitors from diverse nationalities, to experience the diversity, and above all, to have a pleasant experience and immersion in our city," said its owner, Pablo Pomareda.

Meanwhile, at the Iodine Pavilion, Casinos River will be present once again, a regional supplier of services for the mining industry in catering and hospitality. Wilson Ahumada expressed their immense value in being present: "We are very happy to be back at this world-class event, where we hope to showcase and offer local products from suppliers in the area, such as hydroponic lettuce producers, as we seek to highlight the local and our own within our offerings."

In addition to these companies, EXPONOR 2024 will also feature Rico Gelatto in the Copper Pavilion, Café Dalmacia in the Lithium Pavilion, and Mia Food in the Gold Pavilion, the latter being a newcomer to this event and viewing it as a great opportunity to showcase their business.

"We hope to have a beautiful presentation to the customer, enjoy ourselves as service lovers, and be a great contribution to this event. We want to showcase our company, dedicated to catering and events services, we want to grow, develop, and contribute to the sector, with EXPONOR being a great window to boost our business," emphasizes its owner, Sophia Leal.

Thus, this world-class event becomes a great opportunity for regional entrepreneurs not only to strengthen their businesses but also to interact with executives and visitors from around the world, delighting them with the exquisite aromas and flavors typical of Chile and its north.
