Gallagher Security, a leading global security manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Luisa Merlano as the new Technical Business Development Manager for the Latin America region.

With a robust background in electrical engineering, Luisa brings a wealth of technical expertise to the team. Over the past three years, she has gained significant experience with Gallagher Security products, serving as a Gallagher Certified Channel Partner in Colombia. Her practical knowledge and deep understanding of Gallagher’s solutions are set to be a tremendous asset.

In her new role, Luisa expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "I am excited about the learning opportunities and the chance to enhance projects from the manufacturer's perspective. In my initial months, I aim to fully immerse myself in our solutions, understand all successful use cases, and introduce them to potential clients who require tailored solutions."

Luisa officially stepped into her role in late May, strengthening Gallagher Security's resources in the Latin America region. Her appointment will enhance support for Channel Partners, End Users, Consultants, and Technology Partners, ensuring a more robust and responsive service.

Focused on building strong partnerships, Luisa looks forward to collaborating with Technology and Channel Partners to provide comprehensive, tailored solutions to End Users. She is particularly excited about the potential to expand Gallagher's presence throughout Latin America.
